Eligibility

**Purchased credits**: Refundable within 7 days if unused

**Used credits**: Cannot be refunded once consumed

**Free credits**: Not applicable (no purchase made)

**Subscriptions**: Pro subscriptions can be cancelled anytime, but the current billing period is non-refundable

1. Send an email to support@clakra.com

2. Include your account email and the transaction details

3. Our team will process your request within 3 business days

If eligible, credits will be deducted and the payment refunded to your original payment method

Processing typically takes 5-10 business days depending on your bank

If a generation fails due to a technical issue, your credits are automatically refunded. You don't need to submit a request for this.
